Shipping & Returns

How orders move.

Where we ship

Australia-wide only at this stage. International orders are not currently supported — we want to handle our own backyard well before stretching further.

Rates

Lead time

Founding 20 / pre-order phase (current): orders ship 2–3 weeks after the batch is funded. You'll get an email at order time with the expected ship date, and another email when your parcel goes out with tracking.

Routine fulfilment (after the first batch): orders ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically 2–7 business days from dispatch depending on your state. Carriers used: Australia Post or Sendle.

Returns — Earthsheet

The Earthsheet can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the seal is unbroken and the original packaging is intact. Email us first; we'll cover return postage if the product is defective or arrived damaged. If you've slept on it and changed your mind, we ask that you cover the return postage.

Returns — consumables

Recalibrate Tea, Broccoli Sprout Powder and Brain Chocolate cannot be returned once opened, for food-safety reasons. Unopened consumables can be returned within 14 days. If a consumable arrives damaged, sealed but compromised, or with the wrong product inside — email us with a photo and we'll replace it at no charge.

Damage in transit

Open the parcel on the day it arrives if you can. Anything broken, leaking, crushed, or wrong — photograph it and email us within 7 days. We'll replace or refund at our cost. We carry the risk, not you.

Cancelling an order

Email us before the parcel has been dispatched and we'll cancel and refund in full. After dispatch, treat it as a return (see above).
